When used before sleeping, lavender oil has been known to help you fall asleep and stay asleep longer. It is recommended to use this cream about an hour prior to resting to help improve your quality of rest.
Ingredients:
Water, Aloe, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, Emulsifying wax, Beeswax, Optiphen, Lavender essential oil, and Vitamin E oil
Directions: Apply as often as desired.
